This fit-up rotator is featured by adjustable fit-up rolls, with each set of rotator consisting of 1 powered rotator and 3 idler rotators. Two worm reducers of the powered rotator operate in synchronization, and the reducers can realize stepless speed variation through inverter. The powered rotator can move on rails to meets needs for different lengths. Horizontal cylinder is designed on the idler rotator to drive a tank move precisely to align with the other tank. Our fit-up welding rotator is designed with hydraulic system to make the idler rotator move to save time and labor. This fit-up rotator is equipped with wireless remote control to make the fit-up job easier and faster.
